By and large, it was charming small place with patient staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and magnificent, close to bars and trattorias. No complains at all, the hotel exceeded high expectations.

The value for money at this quaint, family-owned hotel was excellent. The room was basic but comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the southern part of the city. The staff, especially Mario and Gabriel, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The people at the Hotel Santa Croce were kind and considerate. The room was a good value for the money. It was located in the heart of the Historic district in Florence and was close to everything. The airconditiong worked well and the room was clean.
